How Much Will It Cost to Clean My Home?

There are two options for booking your cleaning service. The first option is to contact us directly. We can be reached at 416-623-7345. The second option is to fill out the booking form on our Contact Us page. Advise us on the time, date and the required type of cleaning. We will then contact you directly to confirm the cleaning. It is as simple as that.

Can I Book the Cleaning Online?

Yes, you may book your cleaning service online but you may also contact us at 416-623-7345 to discuses the cleaning services with us with us directly. Contact us via the Contact Us page and we will get back to you shortly.

Do I Need to Provide a Credit Card to Make a Booking?

In order to make a booking, we don’t require a credit card in advance, however, we will require credit card information on the day of the cleaning. You may also pay with a debit card, e-transfer, cash or personal cheque.

What If I Need to Cancel My Upcoming Cleaning Service?

There is no problem cancelling your upcoming cleaning services, simply contact us at 416-623-7345 or via email. Please give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel, otherwise there is a $50 cancellation fee.

Can I Book a Cleaning Team for a Last Minute Cleaning?

Our cleaning teams can work on a short-time notice, same-day cleaning as well as last minute cleaning. The best way to book a last minute cleaning is via phone - simply contact us at 416-781-3970 and we will arrange the cleaning, even if it is in an hour.

Are Your Cleaning Services 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed?

We take pride in our cleaning services and thus guarantee that you will be satisfied with how clean your home is once we are done cleaning it. If for whatever reason you are not completely happy, please let us know within 24 hours and we will ensure a cleaner comes to take care of the cleaning.

What Areas Do You Serve?

We offer our cleaning services within the Greater Toronto Area. Including Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan, Concord, Maple, Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Markham, Unionville. If you are not located within the GTA, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request of cleaning your home.

Do You Offer Move-In/Out Cleaning Services?

We specialize in move-in/out cleaning services. This includes cleaning of the refrigerator, stove, microwave and spending extra time cleaning the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms. If you are moving out and wish to leave your home clean, then we are the right company for you! If you are moving in and would like a deep cleaning, then we can spend the extra time to ensure your new home is ready for your move-in date.

Do I Need to be at Home During the Cleaning?

You are not required to be at home during the cleaning services. Simply leave us the key and we will take care of everything else. If you have pets, we ask you to inform us of that prior to the cleaning date.

How Much Will It Cost to Clean My Home?

The total cost will depend on the duration of the cleaning. We typically send a cleaning team of two. The cleaning team will have all the required cleaning supplies and tools, so you don’t need to worry about that. We charge per hour, per cleaner. Our goal is to ensure your home is completely clean and that you are satisfied with our cleaning services. As a result, we try to be efficient and meet your budget, however, in some cases, it might take longer to provide a post renovation or a move-in cleaning service.
